About Lite Pantry
Our Story
Established in 2024 Lite Pantry was born out of a passion for finding the freshest ingredients to create unique and delicious specialty foods and preserve them for decades. Our founder Katie, a trained chef, started the business in her home kitchen and has since grown it into a thriving small business. Her top priority is to provide a healthy, safe, and delicious way to keep your pantry stocked! She has developed an interest in helping with disaster relief and she believes this product will be a great way to provide peace of mind in times when there is no refrigeration or in a loss of power. She is focused on a freeze-drying method which makes it possible to not only preserve the integrity of the nutrients but also flavor and freshness for up to 25 years! This process removes all water from the product, so it becomes very lightweight, easy to pack, and easy to carry. It is convenient and attractive for travel or camping. All it takes is for the same amount of water that was removed during the freeze-drying process, to be replaced. A few moments later, your meal will be ready to eat. Hot, cold, or room temperature depending on your preference, all Lite Pantry meals are safe to consume dry and crunchy as well! The objective here is to produce, preserve and package the freshest most delicious produce and gourmet meals using 22 years of culinary experience and well sourced ingredients.
